An aromatic grape Irsai Oliver was spawned in Hungary in the 1930’s. The white wine of the Golguz winery expresses itself with a typical intensive bouquet reminding of a Muscat with a spicy elderflower aroma with a sweet ending with fizzy acids.
Wine is a good match to light dishes due to the aromatic undertone. The combination with poultry and salad is the best. We like to open a bottle at the temperature between 9-10°C spaghetti bologna or to a spinach gnocchi. Matches with a young soft cheese too.
